DEPRESSED AND (practically) UNEMPLOYED
to start off, i’m not unemployed. i have a beautiful, fulfilling job at UNF’s newspaper which i am so thankful of.
however, my spinny-lover days are numbered, as my upcoming graduation will simultaneously give me a diploma and strip me of my paycheck opportunity with the paper. i have to be an enrolled student to continue working.
i’m so flippin ready to be done with school, yet as i embark on my job-seeking venture, i realize it’s not as simple as i had once dreamt it to be.
i’m so done with being a broke college student and i’m def not looking forward to being a broke college grad. its not even like i have an excuse either, once i got that worthless diploma. unless you count florida’s current 12 to 13% unemployment rate.
okay i’m over it. just lemme know if you know anyone’s whose hiring whiney biatches. i have a ton of experience with that.
